EZ Mailing Labels II

Easily create colorful mailing labels, shipping labels or envelopes by importing your contacts, uploading addresses from a spreadsheet or manually typing them. You can create visually pleasing labels by setting the font, font size and color for the name and set another font, font size and color for the address. Labels also include the ability to set a background color.

 

Organize groups of addresses into mailing lists for later reuse. International page and envelope sizes are supported. You can work on multiple devices since the label database is synced to other devices you own.

 

Label sizes correspond to similarly sized Avery® products. Any size envelope can be created by either selecting the default sizes are entering a custom size. Of course, envelope sizes can be restricted by the ability of your printer. A PDF document is created and you can either print, e-mail or save it for later use. 

 

Shipping labels and envelopes are capable of including a logo or image in the return address and this makes the app excellent for small businesses.

 

You can choose the font size and if the address does not fit the label then the app will attempt to make it fit by incrementally reducing the font size.

 

Upload Comma Separated Values (CSV) files. For instance, if you exported contacts from Microsoft Outlook into a CSV file then you can import these into the database. Alternatively, if you have an Excel or Numbers spreadsheet these can be exported to CSV format and imported into the EZ Mailing Labels application. Below are links to a template and an example. Column titles must be named as described in the user guide.

 

Large CSV files that are not formatted correctly. CSV files in many cases can be easily reformatted on the Mac using Apple Script. The script below is an example. It imports the CSV file into Numbers, renames column headers, merges two address columns into one, exports the data back to a CSV file and displays the file using Finder. Of course, it has to be modified to fit your requirements.

Fast Envelopes is an option where you can make a single envelope without having to create a mailing list.

All envelope sizes are supported.

If you inadvertently tap Don’t Allow access to your Contacts: You can reverse this by going to System Settings. On the Mac, go to Security and Privacy, click on Contacts. A list of programs that requested access to your Contacts appears. Check the box next to EZ Mailing Labels.

On IOS mobile devices, after going to System Settings, tap EZ Mailing Labels and toggle the Contact button to on.
